Research On The Evaluation System Of The High-technology Enterprises' Self-innovation Capability In Shanxi Province

Enterprises are the principal parts of the self-innovation;especially the High-technology enterprises are the key to improve the whole innovation capability of Shanxi province.Because of the particularity of the industry structure,how to evaluate the High-technology enterprises' self-innovation capability in a right way plays an important role in consolidating and improving the traditional industry,as well as cultivating and strengthen the new-main industry.Based on the research on the High-technology enterprises and their evaluation system of the self-innovation capability both at home and abroad,the writer puts forward the four indexes of evaluating the High-technology enterprises' self-innovation capability,they are:the capability of innovation stuff devotion,the capability of innovation outlay devotion,the capability of innovation process and the capability of innovation output.Each index has its own factors.The writer uses the factor analysis,and takes the high-technology enterprises in Taiyuan national high-technology development zone as example,in the end,gets the proportion of the four indexes:the capability of innovation stuff devotion(0.23465),the capability of innovation outlay devotion(0.27439),the capability of innovation process(0.16854)and the capability of innovation output(0.32242).By means of researching on the spot,interviewing the correlative people of the enterprises and a questionnaire,the writer evaluates parts of the high-technology enterprises in Taiyuan national high-technology development zone,and gets a total sequence result at the end of the paper.
