Studies On Current Situation And Developmental Strategy Of Seed Industry In Hangzhou

With the development of market economy and entering of WTO for China the seed industry in Hangzhou faced strict challenges. For catching the chances and accepting challenges, development strategy and measures of seed industry in Hangzhou based on the analysis of current situation and influencing factors it is proposed that. The main results are as follows:1. In order to accelerate sweeping development of seed industry it is suggested that preponderant seed enterprise group should be constructed.2. As to creation of working mechanism in the enterprises it is suggested that modern advanced systems of enterprises and trading management should be introduced into seed industry.3. In order to carve out domestic and overseas market it is suggested that external intercourse and cooperation should be strengthened.4. About the management of seed industry it is suggested that the complete management system should be scientifically established, which is suitable for internationalization and market economy.For improving seed industry and sustainable development of agriculture in Hangzhou, one new seed industry system should be established, which is with compatible function, flexible working and strong strengthen and international competition as well as suitable for moden agricultural and rural development.
