| In this paper, the development and the representative model of domestic and foreign plant engineering are introduced. According to state-owned machinery industry enterprise more than 10, their plant management actualities, models and problems being existing in enterprise are studied. Based on the environment being faced with by enterprise, the management actualities of domestic enterprise and the managing theory which is applied by developed counties , the paper sets forth the current of enterprise management and the characteristics of plant management. The system of plant engineering model is clarified by way of the theory of system engineering, business process reengineering and standardization management. Based on the network of the center city plant engineering, the paper structures the framework and the model of enterprise plant engineering ,and puts forward corresponding management goal, research object, working way and management method. At one time, the paper thinks that the model is successfully carried out lies on the combination of enterprise organization with culture and tactic. Finally, the risk and income of the new model which is applied by enterprise are analyzed.In this research the result about the network system of plant engineering is the importance precondition of enterprise plant engineering model being run. The model of standardization plant engineering based on the manufacture process settles the problem that the status of plant engineering is inferior in enterprise and the basic management is weak .The innovation about plant engineering model is not only the transform of organization ,but also the reengineering of enterprise culture . Some results have been applied in enterprise management and have made better effect. More application will improve the enterprise plant management level . Finally , the aim to raise the competitive ability of enterprise ,the using rate of whole society plant capital and economic benefit will be achieved. |
