A Study On Knowledge Innovation Management Of Enterprise In Our Country

Entering 21^st century, knowledge has already become the most important strategic resource of enterprise. The abilities of knowledge innovation of enterprise have very decisive function on the lasting development of the enterprises. The key factor of the enterprise developing further is to carry out and consummate knowledge innovation management, and to fully utilize knowledge to create economic benefits. The enterprises of our country are facing the economy globalization and environment of fierce competition, so they must pay attention to knowledge innovation and take some effective measures. Then they could seize the opportunities and meet the challenges.The knowledge innovation of enterprise refers to all the knowledge innovation activities which are related to production and management of the enterprise, and it includes scientific discovery, technological innovation, technical renewal and organizational innovation, institutional innovation, management innovation, service management and marketing innovation etc. The knowledge innovation can add knowledge stock to enterprise, promote enterprise competitiveness, provide power for enterprise's development and also cultivate the core competence of enterprise. The knowledge innovation management of enterprise is to treat knowledge and the knowledge innovation as the objective target of management and to manage the conditions, process, results and achievement transformation of the knowledge innovation of enterprise effectively. Its main content include the construction of innovation platform, the construction of innovation environment, the management of innovation talents, the management of innovation process, the management of innovation results and the management of achievement transformation etc. Many problems still exist in the process of the knowledge innovation management, which are lack of attention to knowledge innovation management, lack of innovation culture, lack of investment in innovation, lack of awareness of independent innovation, lack of attention to technology-introduction and adaptation to innovation, no real internal knowledge-sharing networks in enterprises, low knowledge innovation efficiency and transformation rate, serious innovation brain drain, lack of ideas and intellectual property management system, not clear intellectual property rights, and so on. To solve these problems, we venture to some suggestions and measures of the innovation management that are the establishment of chief knowledge official, more investment in the innovation, the improvement of the enterprise's innovating consciousness, the diversification of incentive measures, the reduction of talents loss, the reinforcement of the construction of the enterprise's property right system, the protection of the knowledge innovation results, and the promotion of achievement transformation etc.At first, the thesis defines the knowledge innovation and knowledge innovation management in enterprise .On the basis of this, it further illustrates the knowledge innovation management .At the same time, it points out some management problems in State-owned enterprises and tries to give an effective solution.
