With the development of commodity economy, Corporation will become the main players in the market gradually. As the profit-driven nature of capital and the fierce market competition, Company's production and operating activities have made the great achievement, they also paid the big social cost and the heavy price. The company pursue economic efficiency simply has caused the massive social questions. For the view of the National long-term stability, in order to construct the harmonious society, Enterprises must undertake the community responsibility. But construction of the harmonious labor relation is the core content.This article take the CSR theory as a breakthrough point, the theory on CSR plays an important role in the China's Labor Law ,which promote the new development of labor law. In addition, the introduction of CSR and the establishment of international labor standards all will promote the reformation of our Chinese labor legislation and consummation of the labor relations. At the same time, connected rails with the world, established the labor public welfare lawsuit system may protect labors' legitimate rights and interests well. This article is divided into four parts on the following:Part I: Mainly synthesized the domestic and foreign recent years' fundamental research achievement, looked over its historical development process to seek the proper meaning of CSR: when company pursue and create profits for shareholders, it should pay attention to protecting others' interests besides stakeholders. Company should strive to become a good "corporate citizen" in order to achieve its own sustainable development and make the contribution for the entire society's sustainable development. Such acts should be voluntary and conscious. Then, Based on this theory, we can analysis intrinsic characteristic, rationale and value basis of CSR.Part II: As the most core content of CSR's construction—harmonious work relations' construction is also premise and the foundation of the harmonious society construction. The world economic situation's development request company must construct the harmonious labor relations,but also person's freedom all-round development is an inevitable trend of the human society development. Staffs status and benefits decided that the corporation must fulfill the CSR and construct harmonious labor relations. The second part mainly obtains from the necessity of harmonious labor relations' construction, to analyze our company's CSR and the staff benefit relations as well as the present stage labor relations condition.Part III: As an implementation way of CSR, SA8000 is order to protect the labor rights. Since the developed countries in Europe and America carries on the SA8000 verification to our Chinese company, the domestic theorists have made the massive discussions .The supporter and the opponent are really numerous. The supporter believed that the SA8000 verification is helpful to our CSR's construction .The opponent thought that this is the one kind of labor trade protectionism by developed countries established. SA8000 is not only the opportunity but also challenges to our national company. It can promote the social progress and pay attention to the protection of laborer right, which conforms to science development concept and harmonious society thought by government proposed. But we should also adopt the critique manner to formulate rules that conforms to our national condition.Part IV: Analyzes our country present legislation of the labors' rights and interests protection, then proposed the consummate suggestion. Urge the company sets up "humanist" development concept, strengthened democratized measure on the labors. Perfect staffs' participation system, established internal and external restraint mechanism. Each kind of social organization promotes company to fulfill the CSR together. Meanwhile, the construction of CSR appraisal system which conforms to the national condition, is to promote the construction of harmonious labor relations.
