With the rapid growth of economy and prosperity of tourism, hotel industry has been one of the fastest-developed industries. Recently, owing to the full entrance of international hotel group and the progress of domestic hotel management group, the level of hotel staff has been improved. Staff with intellectual skills has gradually become the backbone of the operation of the high star hotels in the economic advanced area in China, Suzhou is included. However the high turnover threat, especially of the intellectual skilled staff, has greatly gone beyond the organizational expectation, which will influenced the sustainable development of the hotel.For hotel industry, especially in high star hotel, compound talents with prolific hotel management knowledge, hotel expertise and high practical skills are the core strength of hotel staff. From the angle of"perceived organization support", this article analyzed the turnover intention of the hotel staff and researched according to the pattern"establish theory framework——investigate available data recourses——analyze data——probe the impact and anticipation of perceived organization support to turnover intention——suggestions to decrease turnover intention of the intellectual skilled staff".Research shows: perceived organization support and the turnover intention of the intellectual skilled staff are negative correlation. Meanwhile, there is certain correlation between the Demography of these hotel staff and the turnover intention.Research also shows: Different from traditional western single- dimensioned perceived organization support empirical research, the extended four- dimensioned one is also fit for the domestic high star hotel staff turnover intention research. These four dimensions influences and anticipate the turnover intention.Herewith, organization support requirement and perceived organization support of the intellectual skilled hotel staff should be concerned. Hotel should offer multi-dimensioned organization support and increase the one of intellectual skilled staff. Hotel should also focus more on the compound use of various organization supports. Then, hotels can decrease the turnover rate to promote the sustainable development through the above methods. Wherefore, this article also has the theoretical and realistic guidance significance to the human resources management in the hotel industry.
