Simulate teaching is a new-type teaching model, of which the utility and scientific features make increasing number of educators and education researchers who give their affirmation on the theory basis and improve it in practice in the researching process.Simulate teaching in financial majors can consolidate the students' theoretical knowledge, advance their practical operation skills as well as shorten the graduates' adapting period in the employment post, which is the natural result of the integration of the major features and demanding of cultivates talents.However, on account of the ambiguity of simulate teaching quality monitory, there are a series of problem in implementing this new teaching mode, such as simplicity in simulate content, low requirements in teaching objectives, singularity in teaching method, carelessness in teaching organization, all of which seriously affected the teaching quality.Based on the definition of the simulate teaching and the previous research at home and abroad, the thesis analyzes the existing problems in simulate teaching, they are: highlighting the teaching forms, neglecting the teaching contents, lacking the coordination in teaching activities and scientific testing system , being short of the effective monitory measurements and index system. Therefore, the thesis proposes to establish a system to regulate the quality monitory of the stimulate teaching for financial majors. The system is guided by the theoretical research, guaranteed by the monitory strategies, centered by the monitory factors system and index evaluation system as well as organizational structure, aims at monitory and guarantee system. Additionally, it puts forward measures to strengthen the exchange and feedback of information in the simulate teaching quality monitory system, which contributes to promote the teaching quality and application of the simulate teaching with the help of monitory system after standardizing and guiding the simulate courses teaching.
