Impact Of Differential Price On Development Of Recycling Economy In Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia

Under the condition of market economy, electricity price is closely linked with economy. Differential pricing policy has played a positive role in containing high energy industries, promoting the readjustment of industrial structure and alleviating the strain on power supply. Its impact on Wuhai's recycling economy is on three levels: the national economy, industries and enterprises.In this paper, differential price affecting Wuhai's recycling economy was analysis, analyzed through empirical and case analysis. It showed that the differential price effectively optimized the allocation of resources. As calcium carbide and ferrosilicon consumed 60-70% of the total electricity, they could be severely affected if implementating differential price.Therefore Wuhai City's industrial layout would be changed, So would be Wuhai Electrical power Bureau and enterprises'owned power plants.
