The Study Of Bid Evaluation Method Of Fuzzy Multiobjective Many-Person Decision Makings

This paper firstly starts from a brief introduction to the development course of bidding and tendering system in the construction business market of China, summarizes bidding evaluation methods in engineering field, points out problems of the existing evaluation work. Then, the paper introduces main decision-making methods proposed by domestic and foreign scholars, and analyses the advantage and shortage. Under the above reseach, a mathematic model based on the theories of fuzzy mathematics and multiobjective many-person decision makings is established in the paper. The paper also gives the methods for determining the evaluating indicators and weights and the comprehensive evaluation method in combination with the the comprehensive evaluation method and the present evaluation practice. Three cases are used to make comfirmation. The paper proposes to adopt fuzzy multiobjective many-person decision-making method in bid evaluation, provides a new decision-making method for the project owner and the bid evaluation committee. It is also a helpful attempts in the study and practice of bid evaluation.
