With the further implementation of the development strategy of West China and thedeep development of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and Pan-north Gulf EconomicZone, Liuzhou, as an industrial city in Guangxi, will be built into an advancedmanufacturing base of China-ASEAN region and the international automobile industrycluster center with a broad share in the international and domestic markets. Being aleading automotive industry, Liuzhou is to achieve its "second pioneering", and toguarantee its goal of development. However, optimizing the environment for thedevelopment of the automotive industry and vigorously developing the automotiveindustry’s third-party logistics industry is an important way to promote the rapiddevelopment of Liuzhou Automobile manufacturing. Therefore, it is of significance toresearch on the third-party logistics for Liuzhou automotive industry. The paper is divided into five parts: The first part is introduction, describing theresearch background and significance. The second part is a theoretical basis, which is theargument basis of the paper. The third part is the analysis of the development of LiuzhouAutomobile manufacturing third-party logistics, including the introduction to LiuzhouAutomotive Manufacturing Development, focusing on the problems of the third-partylogistics of car manufacturing services in their development process in Liuzhou city, andthe causes of the problems. The fourth part deals with the principal-agent theory and gametheory, the analysis of the relationship between Liuzhou automobile manufacturing andthird-party logistics and the impact on third-party logistics companies and automanufacturers caused by long-term contractual relationships and strategic alliancesbecause of information asymmetry and risk sharing. The fifth part is the analytical resultsbased on the third part and fourth part, and the strategies and guidance for thedevelopment of the third-party logistics of Liuzhou automotive manufacturing industry.Through investigation and analysis, it has been found that the problems exist in thethird-party logistics development of Liuzhou automotive industry, such as small scale, lowservice levels, lack of human resources, intense interests of the game, which bring aboutthe unstable relationships between the automotive industry and its third party logistics andgreat hindrance of the automotive industry benign development. We believe that the mainreason can be summarized as follows: First, the insufficient investment results inthird-party logistics development lag. Next is the intense competition on interests betweenautomotive industry and third-party logistics, thus lacking a strategic alliance. Therefore, itis a strong support for the development of the third-party logistics to promote the rapid development of the primary task of Liuzhou Automobile manufacturing, and to formstrategic alliances to build the automotive industry and third-party logistics. In the research process, we have made a systematic study of the problem by takingfull advantage of the views and analytical methods of modern economics and byintroducing the principal-agent theory and game theory. It is highly targeted, and is ofpractical significance to the promotion of the current development of the automotiveindustry. It also provides a reference to Liuzhou government and relevant departments inthe development plans of the automotive industry and promotes the "12th Five-Year Plangoals.
