Abstract/Summary:
Along with the continuously progress of economic globalization, more and more enterprise have realized the potential capacity of purchasing in improve its effective and competitiveness. After enter into 21th century, the function of purchasing management has been combined into all of business process, its function is also changed from the tactics function based on bargaining into strategic function using for all process. Purchasing management as a key ring of value chain of enterprise, no matter from the aspect of saving costing and improving quality, or from delivery and response time, has became a very important parameter of business.Meanwhile, the economy of our country has been increasing continuously in recent years and has became a most important power of world economy. It also makes Chinese market become a huge potential market in the world with a visible prosperous future. More and more multinational companies are putting china as a very important base place for purchasing. This is also a reason for this thesis to study trade purchasing. This thesis analyze the developing process of trade purchasing in china, discuss and study from purchasing principle to purchasing practice, from process of purchasing to the purchasing technique, from supplier sourcing to purchasing negotiate and purchasing management, combine with author's practice.There are total six sections in this thesis. Section one bring out the question which need to study and descript the significance of this study, give some method and way to study. The second section introduce the situation about trade business in china and background of D corporation, the third section talk about some method and way for trade purchasing management. The section four present the analysis result about situation around D corporation and point out about strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats which exist in the market around D corporation. Section five analyses the purchasing in the trade on a strategic level and provide some strategic method and suggestion, than plot some suitable developing strategy for D corporation and summaries the whole thesis. Section six is a summarize to whole thesis.During writing, according to per the fact of D Corporation and the actual situation around it, author use some measurable parameter and some logistic parameter to study the strategy of D corporation, make out some trade strategy of D corporation. These strategies by now have been proved are suitable for the present step of D corporation and also put into practice of D company, it has got some achievement and got a admit by D corporation.
