Research On Circular Economy Legislation Of Our Country

Resources shortage and environment worsening are critical issues presently remaining as a barrier along the road of human living and development. In terms of how to resolve them, the developed countries have made a lot of beneficial attempts, among which changing the economic growth mode to develop circular is an efficient among twenty years. China absorbs advanced experience from the rest of the world, orients the economic development to circular economy and boosts the construction of circular economy, all of which is still at the starting stage. It is significant, at the moment, to get in a study on circular economy legislation and create a good environment of legal system for the development of circular economy.This article involves four chapters besides the introduction and the conclusion. Chapter 2 gives a brief introduction to the concept and character of circular economy and define concept of circular economy law. It is clearly stated that legislation basis of circular economy law. Charpter3 puts forward several ideas on China's circular economy legislation aiming at its current situation. For instance, legislation system adopts to circular economy, lack of legation benefit and so on. Charpter4 introduces the legal system of such developed countries as Germany and Japan relating to circular economy, and makes a summary of foreign experience in circular economy legislation. In comparing foreign experience with China's current situation, it points out the deficiencies in legislative idea and regulation scope of China's circular economy legislation. Chapter5 puts forward several ideas on China's legation circular economy based on experience foreign. Writer considers that our country sets up circular economy legation model and formulating local legation, finally making up good circular economy legation system.
