The urban land price exactly embodies land value and the rights and interests of the land owners. So it is important device of manipulating the way of utilizing land. At precent, using tables or text give expression to information of land-price. And there is no organic link between giving expression to infomiation of land-price and analyzing spatial data of land-price. It is of important practical significance to use technology of GIS to manage, to give expression to information of land-price and to analyze the spatial data of land-price.This paper simplely introduces the basic concept, connotation, characteristics of the urban land price and the several of factors that affect the urban land price. Furthermore, this paper also introduces the connotation of standard land price, the basic principle, the basic method of standard land price and the basic job steps and methods or appraisal practice on standard land price. On the basis of the above, based on ArcGIS software platform, this paper takes a city of geographic basic map and land information data as the experimental data and does the following research work:(1) This paper takes advantage of Excel to create and manage the table of appraisal of standard land price, sets up join and conversion between Excel and ArcGIS. Excel is used as attribute data source of ArcGIS. Using Excel enhance, updata and edit attribute data of spatial layers of ArcGIS. What about make the information of land-price erectly given expression and analyzed in ArcGIS.(2) Based on the Arcview3.2 software platform, using thematic maps, including base map, sample dot distribute map, map of appraisal standard land-price and so on, give Visual expression to information of land-price.(3) Urban land price is influenced by various factors and all these factors are much different in terms of urban spatial distributing. The thesis studies the spatial distribution characteristic and regulation of land price in the urban based on Geostatistics, the model of variograms function and the way of Kriging. The model of variograms function about urban land price is fitted. Kriging prediction map and prediction standard error map of the land-price in the study area are made. Furthmore, 3-D model of urban land-price is made.
