With the coming of the knowledge economy times, the difference of the competitive means which enterprise usually used in the traditional market is becoming less important while the influence of the human resource management(HRM) has been fixed on eyes by almost all modern enterprises which want to succeed in market competing. In order to succeed and develop, the enterprise should not only choose the appropriate managing method, pay attention to the technology innovation, pop out itself unique character and find out the market space for fitting it development, but the most important thing is that the enterprise must set out the human resource management to match itself development strategy.The TG Company, which is one of the biggest iron and steel enterprise of the stated-owned, has gradually established the frame of the modern enterprise in the aspects of the organization and system during these years. Although the TG Company is walking out the reformation of the human resource management and making phase achievements, but just like other stated-owned enterprises, there are some non-neglect problems on the human resource management in TG Company. The all-important task the TG company facing is to implement the human resource management strategy and foster the person groups with the innovative spirit and ability.On the basis of the human resource management theory, the present stage of the TG human resource management has been analyzed. According to the characteristic of the HRM in the iron and steel industry, linking the practical conditions of the TG's inner and outer environment, some anatomies have been made in this theme in order to find out the deficiency in TG's HRM, for example such as the human resource strategy (HRS), planning and inviting, training and development, performance checking and evaluating, compensation, enterprise culture and so on. With the guidance and thinking of the TG complexion, the tactic about the TG HRM put forward is to improve and innovate the HRM condition. I hope that this research would helpful to increase the core competence by enhancing the TG HRM so as to attract and agglomerate many talents.
