Chinese economy makes rapid progress in recent 30 years, and living standard grows fast, economy structure optimizes constantly, traditional industry upgrades continuously, comprehensive national strength boosts up ceaselessly, international force flourishing .Simultaneity, many Chinese corporations become stronger and stronger, and begin to go out of China.In the 21st century, with the WTO entry and participation to the process of economic globalization quickly, the environment of Chinese enterprises has changed in nature. Whether in domestic or abroad market, Chinese enterprises will be faced with more fierce international competitions, so it is a new and most important question for Chinese enterprises to discuss how to constitute the matched development strategy in new situation.Samsung Electronics, Co., Ltd is a famous multinational corporation from developing country (Korea). To most Chinese companies, they have a lot of common grounds with Samsung Electronics, Co., Ltd, and the development strategy of Samsung Electronics, Co., Ltd is a good example to learn. In the thesis, firstly, it has a brief review to related theories of strategic management. Secondly, it uses some relevant theories and methods to analyze the inner, external, competitive and strategic environment of Samsung Electronics, Co., Ltd and compares these with Chinese companies to use it's experience for reference, especially to the Chinese electron and information industry.
