China's economy has rapidly developed due to the reform which brought numerous investments from foreign companies whom seek massive consumption potentials and rich resources of production,including many Korea companies.Especially Korea companies had an advantageous condition because China has been close to Korea in geographically which leads to having similarities in history and both culture.Despite the cases of Korea companies which successfully expanded to China,however there are failure cases,which is worth a lot of study due to the globalization experience of corporations,because of differences of production,pattern of management,and ideology.This thesis sets 'Samsung Electronics' as the study object.First,analysed the process of internationalization of 'Samsung Electronics' to deduct the way how they developed to globalize,by using 'The Theory of Global Corporation'.Next,used SWOT analytical method to discover technology,resource,and market performance as a result of internationalization,by analyzing the technology superiority,inferiority,opportunity,threat elements,and strategies of 'Samsung Electronics'.As a result of the research,I have a suggestions for successful internationalization of China companies.First of all,localize with tightening up marketing strategies.Considering consumer's taste,to radically localize with exquisite approaches.Second of all,aggressively prosecute R&D investment to strengthen business competitive power.Finally,dig out talented individuals to raise the ability of internationalization.
