The Study Of The Discarded Drugs Reverse-logistic Of Residents

To solve the problems of discarded drug reverse-logistics management, on the basis of the analyzing of the characteristics, CBA(cost and benefit analyses)and the present situation , we carried out a investigation about the recycle situation of the residents of Wuchang district(Wuhan City), there are 23 problems about the president situation, residents'point of view of the recycle drugs box, etc.Because of the characteristics of the family discarded drug recovery, the efficiency of the recovery is determined by initiative of the residents. So the object of this study is analyzing the impact factors of the residents'initiative (V14). By the analyze of crosstab and Chi-square test, we found that V4(career),V12(believable recovery form),V18 (the attention degree after recovery) and V20(the way of looking at recycle drugs box)through the test of significance. And by the analyze of the Contingency Coefficient, the importance of the 4 factors is V4(career) >V12(believable recovery form) > V20(the way of looking at recycle drugs box)>V18( the attention degree after recovery) .According to the percent of each factor options and the relevance of the factors, the study work out the advise about the manage of discarded drug reverse: Including the government must manage the recover and recycle, to reduce the production of discarded drug, to strengthen the propaganda for the residents, through the tax compensating the economics cost. At the end of the study, we carry out a function model about the drug reverse-logistic though the form of an alliance.
