Supply Chain Management has an undeniable advantage in reducing the cost and enhancing the compatibility of an enterprise, but the traditional Supply Chain Management ignores the influence to the environment. Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is a strategy which takes environmental factors into consideration when managing the supply chain.GSCM aims to maximize the overall environmental profit through both inter-cooperation among different sections of an enterprise and intra-cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain during the process of product design, material selection, manufacturing, sales and product reuse. Through this way, both environmental and economic performances of the enterprises can be improved and therefore the sustainable development is realized.Business enterprises need to measure the performance of GSCM in order to estimate the disadvantage of GSCM and to make it more perfect by improving the management. Carrying on green supply chain performance measurement has the dual function for business enterprises in microcosmic aspect and national policy in macroscopically aspect, so study on green supply chain performance measurement has an important and realistic significance. This thesis applies a quantitative method to research the relationship between GSCM and the whole performance of an enterprise: to determine whether GSCM promotes both environmental performance and economic performance. The main contents of this thesis are as below:Summarize the basic theory of GSCM, which includes the origin, development and definition of GSCM, how to carry GSCM into execution, the SCOR model, etc.Based on the SCOR model of GSCM, bring out the performance measurement index including finance, operation and environment evaluation. Then establish the model of green supply chain performance measurement which is based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Take the practice of GSCM in IKEA Company as instance, give a conclusion. |
