This thesis uses enterprise life cycle theory, fuzzy math theory, management by objective theory, human resources management system theory, hierarchy of needs theory and etc., adopts qualitative analysis combing with quantitative analysis,normative analysis combing with real case analysis, discusses performance appraisal and reletive questions in detail, sets up fuzzy hierarchy synthesis model of performance appraisal, and supplies practical methods and theoretical bases of performance appraisal to the developing private enterprises.There are several parts in this thesis as follows.First, a simple statement of this study's background, purpose and significance ; Second, Briefly on the performance appraisal of the theory; Third, by using life cycle theory, the characteristics of each developing stage of private enterprises are analyzed systematically, especially during the adolescence. The status of human resources management of private enterprises at present is pointed out.;Forth, fuzzy maths theory is cited, Analysis hierarchy process is adopted to determine the weight of the goals, Human resources management system theory and a certain enterprise's practice is used, The model of performance appraisal for private enterprises is bored . The barrier of performance management and the usual error analyses and solvent methods in private enterprises is intruduced, a objective, scientific, reasonable appraisal model elicited. Fifth, take a private enterprise at Changchun as a puberty example, use the fourth part of the performance appraisal model building to be used by an objective, scientific and rational assessment model.This thesis builds up a performance appraisal model for private enterprises, its result has a certain theoretical value and practical value, and it supplies effective, practical theory and method of performance appraisal to the developing private enterprises.
