Research On County Economy Development Of Tuyou In BaoTou City, Inner Mongolia

The county economy is an important level in the district economy and is in the basic position of the national economy. Currently, county economy takes quite a large proportion in our country's national economy. According to the statistics, more than 1.08 billion people of our country live in county territories, accounting for over 85%of the total population of our country, therefore, county economy holds a very important position in our country, and it is an important feature in the current development stage of our country's economy. Without the modernization of county economy, the modernization of our national economy may not come true. County economy is of high value to study.Tuyou is a significant agricultural banner in Baotou city in Inner Mongolia with mountainous areas and wide plains. In recent years, country economy of Tuyou has increased, but there are developmental obstacle. Therefore, it is an important problem which we are facing how to make the country economy of Tuyou fast increase, leave developed areas behind and realize the modernization and the goal of building well-to-do society. This thesis paper has first analyzes environment of the county economy development in Tuyou and its superiority, then reviews the development history of county economy in order to understand its development and the change situation. Based on previous theories and methods of researching the county economy, the theory of county economy is discussed and the developmental situations of county economy of Tuyou are analized from the objects on natural and human and so on. By the Delphi method, we analyzed the developmental situations, the problems and reasons of country in Toyou, put forward to the developmental principles and suggestion for improving the ability and level of country government in controlling economy, cultivating the leading industries, forming and optimizing the town system, improving the ability of collecting the flowing elements, cultivating the active marketing body and forming the human environment which should adapt market economic development. Consequently, we can get the conclusion: In order to promote the county economy of Tuyou for the sustainable economic development, we must improve the regulation and control of the county government's ability and level of the county economy established and foster leading industries and pillar industries, raise the gathering capabilities for funds, technology, human resources, and other elements of the economic development; full support of the county development of the private economy, improve the human environment, comprehensively promote the rapid economic development in Tuyou County.
