Proactive personality is a new trend of research on personality in recent years, studies havedemonstrated that proactive personality is a kind of new personality types are distinguished in the big fivepersonality structure theory. Personality is a very complex concept, measurement but initiative personalitymakes relevant personality has actual significance. Whether proactive personality more stable and theobvious tendency of staff, organizational socialization, the more, the greater contribution to theorganization, and proactive personality is the way in which influence organizational socialization degree,and how to make employees play a role in the organization has become the main problem of this research.To study the relationship between the literature research, questionnaire survey method of privateenterprise staff proactive personality, organizational socialization tactics and organizational socializationdegree of the three carried out an empirical study. Considering the demographic variables andorganizational variables at the same time, using independent samples t test, correlation analysis, varianceanalysis and hierarchical regression analysis and other statistical methods, draws the following conclusion:(1) China staff in the socialization of proactive personality and organizational in demographicvariables and organizational differences between variables.(2) after controlling for demographic variables and organizational variables of each dimension ofproactive personality on organizational socialization has significant influence.(3) between the various factors of the organizational socialization strategies in each dimension ofproactive personality and organizational socialization content on the regulating effect.(4) the various factors of the organizational socialization tactics of social factors in each dimension ofproactive personality and organizational socialization content on a regulatory role for maximum.
