Study On The Low-Rent Housing Security System

With China's economic development and the process of urbanization, the demand of housing is increasing day and day. Housing difficulty for urban low-income families and housing policies become focus of people. The low-rent housing problem is economical problem and social problem. Establishing low-rent housing system is the inevitable requirement of legalizing habitation, the necessary guarantee of building harmonious society, and the urgent demand of establishing and perfecting social security system.Based on reference of large literature and considering the convenience of research in Nanning, taking Low-rent Housing System of Nanning as an example, the paper studies a series of our country's Low-rent Housing System. And it covers five parts: (1) the paper studies background, reviews some relative studies, and explains significance of research and think-way; (2) the paper discusses the definition, characteristics, and theoretical basis of the Low-rent Housing System; (3) it analyses a series of problem of our country's Low-rent Housing System; (4) it introduces experiences of the Low-rent Housing System in different countries and districts. Some of their experiences deserves for our reference; (5) it promotes suggestions to improve the Low-rent Housing System.After analyzing of housing condition in low-income and medium-income families and their financial income and expenses, some advices have been given about financing, raising houses, and the subsidizing standard of low-rent housing. And the paper studies establishing and improving the individual credit system.
