The low-cost housing system is part of the affordable housing system in China, speed up the construction of low-rent housing and management is an important content of improving housing security. A sound system of low-rent housing we can make the housing security system more perfect. At the same time increase the intensity of the implementation of the low-rent housing system embodies the principle of social justice. This paper tries to research the Q, advantages and disadvantages that exist in the present situation of low-rent housing, and puts forward his own understanding and Suggestions, so as to promote the Q, gradual improvement of the system of low-rent housing and theory reference.This paper has carried on the careful study to the basic theory of low-rent housing, analyze the Q city present situation of low-rent housing, starting from the running status of Q city housing, study of Q city management mechanism of low-rent housing. Mainly through the object of low-rent housing, the subsidy way, distribution principle, the specific process, and the late management elements were analyzed, and find the Q city there is a guarantee of low-rent housing standard lack of gradation, the number of homes with family, regional planning is not reasonable, unreasonable admittance exit mechanism is imperfect and the late management problems, and analyzes the causes of these problems, at the same time, a brief overview of the domestic and foreign advanced area of low-rent housing, according to the actual situation of the Q city, puts forward the measures to improve the system of low-rent housing housing, suggested on the basis of perfect legal system of housing, on the basis of reasonable utilization of social resources for the construction of low-rent housing.
