| This article selects the construction of Nanning Tobacco's enterprise culture as the study subject. By mixing with the newly achievement of studies on enterprise culture, and surveying by investigation and interview, and diagnosing and evaluating the present situation of Nanning Tobacco's enter prise culture with the enterprise culture measuring technique, analyzing tools, the Nanning Tobacco's enterprise culture cognition framework is finally established. This text focuses on the key concerning problems, suggests a proposal for Nanning Tobacco's enterprise culture innovative scheme. This paper also suggests the basic principles for its construction process and the taking root measure.
