Research On The Soultion To The Development Of The Business In BH International Freight Forward Company

After China entered WTO, the export and import were highly increased. The large amount of cargo shipment made a large room for the development of freight forwarder in China. However, the medium or small freight forwarder in China are small, few, weak and loose-controlled. This thesis will mainly discuss how BH Company faces these opportunities and challenges.BH Company was founded in 2001, and is a private freight forwarder. It is concluded that BH Company is in a position of good out environment, in large freight forward market and cut-throat competing by using situation analysis and the Five-factors of internal factors. While having many opportunities, BH Company also faces many internal and external challenges, and has a good competing capacity in the field of cargo agent. However, some inferior factors that can not meet the increasing competition are also existed. These factors are the lack of environment analyzing and clear orientation.
