Evaluation Of The Coordinate Development Of Regional Economy In Henan

The theory of coordination development of regional economy is the essence of a dynamic and harmonious development concept. Coordination development is not balanced development, the aim is to achieve from unbalanced to balanced, then the new imbalance to a new balance, so the essence is to achieve coordination development. Henan is an important central province, the differences of regional economy development are significant, and how to resolve the too wide gap of regional economic development, promote the regional economy coordination development not only related to the realization of long-term goal of comprehensive construction of a well-off society in henna province, and the implementation of "11th Five-Year Plan" program, but also conform to the requirement of scientific development, so they have important theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper takes the whole regional economies of Henan province as the object of study, , takes the coordinated development of regional economic as study line, analyzes correlative theory of coordination development of regional economy briefly including its produce background, connotation, the goal and the indicator system's building principle of coordination development of regional economy and the index of correlation choice, and then forms comprehensive index system which can reflect the coordination development of regional economy, according to features of regional economic development of henan province and challenges we facing in economy society, resource, environment, population, following he view off system and thinking also paying attention to the method of combining analyze and synthesize, qualitative analysis and quantitative analyze, conclude and deduct.Then builds an estimating model synthesized principal component analysis, linear weighing method, clustering analysis and fuzzy thinking methods and uses statistical analysis software spssl3.0 from two dimensions of time and space of Henan province for the coordination development of regional economies and spatial characteristics in 2006 as well as differences in the situation in henan province 1995-2006 regional economic development coordination of the development trend of dynamic conditions empirical analysis. This article holds those terms of overall level of regional economic development, or from the economic, social, and ecological environment within the three major subsystems, the regional economic development in Henan province in 2006 shows that higher level economic development in northern regional, and lower level in southern, from northwest to the southeast gradually diminishing layer structure, the regional economic disparity among regional is remarkable, the coordination of regional economic is poor. When analyzing dynamic change tendencies of regional economic development in Henna province in 1995-2006 we find that coordination development level of regional economy in Henan is not high, especially in recent years economic development and ecological environment in the environment in the development of incompatible intensify contradictions. Based on the evaluation results, this paper analyzed the coordination development of regional economy factors, and tries to make a number of policy recommendations to promote the coordination development of regional economy of henna province.
