| Global markets discontinuous technique transformation and the rapidly diffusing of knowledge have already changed the basic principle for companies'competence. By making great use of the dynamic abilities, the companies have to exert their own flexibility ,fit, conform and allocate their resources and competitive skills, while the impetus for all of which is the building of corporate culture. So, in the progress of the constructing of flexible corporate culture, this paper discusses the theories about flexible organizations,corporate culture and flexibility, and it also emphasize the role in the flexible organizations and the necessity of constructing flexible culture.By studying flexible organizations and corporate culture, the paper brings forward the conceptual framework of flexible corporate culture , points out its characters such as humanness,speed,creation,learning and grouping. Otherwise the paper analyses the culture's functions which are the guarantee for the constructing of flexible organization, the headspring of flexibility and the activator for flexible organizations'innovation. After studying framework, this paper analyses the four key factors which constitute the flexible culture and points out the indexes which are contained in every factor. The key factors are enterprises'identity, enterpriser and his spirit, informal rule and external orientation.At last, aim at the four key factors, it puts forward several suggestions for the constructing of flexible culture, for example, strengthening organization study, rebuilding the learning organization; involving the innovation spirit into the corporation value; stimulating the consciousness of innovation ;strengthening the culture communication, realizing the culture conforming; emphasizing the development of employees, cultivating"culture of human"and so on. |
