Therefore, the protection of intellectual property rights has risen to the status of a country's strategic height. IPR protection is the inevitable choice for improving the China's international competitiveness.Because of the pharmaceutical profit , output value and contribution in the high-tech industries field becoming larger and larger.Every country become making great efforts on improve pharmaceutical.
