| Following the swift development of global economy, a manufacturing transfer is silently going along all over the world. China delineates a beautiful blue print of"world factory"to the world resort to the increasing open of manufacturing policy, plentiful and cheap workforce and vast and attractive market. At the time of China stride forward to"world factory"at a stupendous speed, the requirement of technical personnel in manufacturing enterprise is also rising quickly. But the quantity and the quality of the technical personnel in Chinese manufacturing enterprise can't satisfy realistic demand. The scarcity of the technical personnel cannot but block the development of Chinese economy. So the incentive of the technical personnel as the core of value in manufacturing enterprise consequentially becomes one of the important problems which they are confronting with.This study based itself upon the manufacturing enterprise, and the content is incentive mechanism of the technical personnel. On the base of literatures, this study defines the concepts and features of incentive, mechanism, incentive mechanism and the technical personnel. This study uses academic and empirical measures, compiling inquiry questionnaire, and surveys the needs of the technical personnel in manufacturing enterprise. The study carries through the requirement feature analysis of the technical personnel in manufacturing enterprise according to the effective data. In accordance with the theoretical literatures and requirement feature of the technical personnel in manufacturing enterprise, this study devises an incentive mechanism of the technical personnel in manufacturing enterprise.Nowadays, more and more enterprises have been aware of the importance of technical personnel. And this study just wants to provide some useful reference and inspiration for Chinese manufacturing enterprise in establishing and perfecting incentive mechanism of technical personnel through this research. |
