Research On The Influence Of Cooperation Relationship Between Enterprises Of The Supply Chain On Manufacturer Innovation Performance

Since the 1990s,with the economic globalization and knowledge economic arriving,the market competition has been intense day by day,the product life cycle reduces,and the product complex degree enhances unceasingly.So the innovation becomes the base of the enterprise life.But single enterprise dose not supply the resource for innovation,so cooperation innovation become necessary.What's more,supply chain management rise,the cooperation innovation between manufacture and suppliers on the supply chain become an new innovation mode.With the enterprises of our country developing and involving in the global competition,more and more suppliers involve in manufacturer innovation.In this case,how to establish the cooperation relationship with the suppliers to improve the enterprise' innovation performance become a significant problem.According to the supply chain management theories,the supplier involvement in innovation theories,and so on.This article proposed the conceptual model of the cooperation relationship between enterprise and supplier affects the enterprise innovation performance, taking the supplier involvement in innovation as the intermediary variable,studies the interaction mechanisms among these variables,and further discusses the infection between cooperation relationship and the supplier involvement in the innovation,when supplier technology capability,relationship type,relation power,or demand uncertain.is defferent What's more,under modulatory foundation of the enterprise technology capability,the supplier involvement in innovation affects the enterprise innovation performance.In model variable's foundation,this article proposes the corresponding research supposition. The empirical study uses descriptive statistics,letter analysis,confirmation factorial analysis,canonical correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis relations to study the relationship among these variables.And use the SPSS and AMOS to check out the model,at the same time,prove supposes,and discuss the test result.The findings indicated that there is a notable relationship between the cooperation relationship and supply involving in innovation as well as cooperation's various dimensions. Under the environment of strong supplier capability,small relationship power,high technology and demand uncertain,the cooperation relationship remarkably affect the supplier involvement in innovation.When their relationship is fellowship or mature relationship,the cooperation relationship easily affects the supplier involvement in innovation.The desire of supplier involving,the involving responsibility and information sharing are remarkably affect the innovation effect and innovation efficiency;under the strong enterprise technology capability,supplier involvement in innovation evidently affects enterprise innovation performance.
