In the relationship between employee satisfaction and the turnover rate, generally speaking, if the employee satisfaction is higher, the turnover rate will be lower. But the real is not always like that. "lower turnover rate comes after lower employee satisfaction" and " higher turnover rate is companion with higher employee satisfaction" . Based on our research and investigation, we know that the employee satisfaction is one of the most important factors in influencing the turnover rate, but the direct cause which makes employees to choose leaving is not the employee satisfaction but "the expectation and pursuit of their life value" and "economic pressure".In addition, because the employee's dissatisfaction is a kind of subjective feeling, if he or she feel not satisfied at one place, he or she will probably choose "dissatisfaction" at the investigation about employee's satisfaction, usually this kind of dissatisfaction couldn't directly cause the employees to leave. Because there are numerous factors to influence the employee satisfaction, the dissatisfaction should reach a certain "depth" and" width", here the "depth" is refer to the degree of dissatisfaction, and the "width" is refer to the quantity of factors causing people feeling dissatisfaction, only both sides reach a certain degree, the employees will decide to leave. That is to say it needs a process from employee dissatisfaction to turnover.This article combines theories analysis together with questionnaires, analyses the influence degree, influence direction, influence way and influence process that employee satisfaction works on the turnover rate. At the same time, we have analyzed the influences that the characteristics of the sample may cause to the result of the research, in order to make the research more rigorous and scientific.Employee satisfaction is very important to the enterprise's development, but it is wrong to think that the employee turnover rate is better to be more and more lower. So the business manager should take many factors into consideration. First, they must try their best to improve the employee satisfaction, because it is the most useful way to improve the enterprise efficiency. A certain degree of turnover rate is good for business, but if the turnover rate is too high, it will be harmful to the company, so we should take a good control at this problem. Second, it is very important to hold the opportunity in intermediating the employee satisfaction, because employees choose to leave a company need a process, the time chosen for intermediation is really crucial for the possibility of success. At last, the manager should pay much attention to the employee's interests, pursuits and expectations, and use people reasonablely,that is the way to improve employee satisfaction and lower the employee turnover rate by the root.
