Research On Sub-contract Management Of Logistics Enterprises' After Logistics Services Project To Be Undertaken

The logistics industry is still in the initial stage of development in China at present. The research and practice in subcontract management of logistics service project is very weak, which embodied in three aspects mainly as follow. First, few scholars research on subcontract management of logistics service project sub-depth and comprehensive from the point of the logistics enterprises who contracted the total logistics service project. In the process of sub-contractors selection decision-making of the project, all kinds of complex mathematical algorithms were used for pursuit of the so-called "innovation". The practitioners who have not advanced mathematics background would be confused when he faced a variety of theoretical evaluation. Third, it is more obvious that logistics enterprises take short-term behavior in China. For the general contractor of the project, it is an urgent problem how to manage the sub-contractors of the logistics services project effectively. For the sake of solving the problems above, The paper started from the logistics services project and sub-contract theory of project, and made a more systematic study on the process of the management about the sub-contract of logistics services project, and in an attempt to provide theoretical support for how to sub-contract management after the logistics enterprises undertake the large-scale logistics services project. First, this paper analyzed on the meaning and features, the concept of sub-contractors, the inscapes, and the advantages and disadvantages, and the decision-making process of the logistics services project comprehensive and in-depth. On the basis of this, this paper analyzed the decision-making process of the self-support or sub-contract based on the decision-making standard of three-dimensional of the enterprise's core capacity. And the model of three-tier about filter was introduced innovative in the sector of the choice decision-making of sub-contractors of the logistics services project. And then, based on the relations theory of commission - agent, this paper discussed the strategy which the general contractors should take when the contracts with sub-contractors were signed. And how to carry through the phases performance evaluation to sub-contractors were studied. Finally, the validity and maneuverability of the method advance were proved combine an actual case, and on the base of this, the matters that should be paid attention to were summed up.
