Research On The Operation Patterns Of China's Air Logistics System

The airfreight industry because of its enormous potential and economic with new benefits, the airfreight industry has already become the point of growth undertaking of civil aviation.With the constant adjustment and perfecting of the industrial structure of our country, the relatively great change has taken place in the structure of market of air transportation. The market of passenger traffic eases up but the freight transportation market increases powerfully, On the other hand air logistics industry has just started. China's air cargo market was still in the developing process of integration, adjustment and transformation. Along with the thorough development of various kinds of transport patterns in cargo logistics, and at the same time overseas air cargo enterprises will also speed up the pace of developing Chinese market. Our country's air cargo industry faces intensifying competition day by day. It not only adapts to the economic development demand for the air logistics service, but also is an urgent problem to be solved to improve the overall competitive capability in current civil air cargo industry to study and discuss how to promote the development of Chinese air logistics so as to instruct our practice in the development of Chinese air logistics and accelerate the pace of developing China's air logistics industry.Logistics is the core transport links, it can be said that there is no logistics without transport. So the focus of this paper is to analyze and solve Construction of China's aviation logistics system mode of operation on China's air cargo industry through the analysis of the status quo, existing problems and future trends by using economics and logistics of the basic principles. This paper revealed in the discussion the determining factor in the problem, also estimate the production function model on existing problems of air transport enterprises. The model has been in China on the basis of experience from the mainstream of the developed countries, emerging logistics concept and practice of exploration, put forward in line with the national conditions of China Aviation Logistics System mode of operation. The policy proposals, theses put forward formulate and improve aviation logistics development plans and corresponding policies and regulations, and other aspects of the proposal. The main elements: the first part describes the first overview of the world air cargo industry, that is, through the vertical and horizontal data comparison, we can see that has a strong background in air cargo logistics enterprises, in the current market trend of globalization and rapid development of the phenomenon. Then on the basis of the general logistics principles, we derived the theory of aviation logistics and system, and discussed in detail. This laid the theoretical foundation below. The second part began with the definition of the status of China's air cargo industry given by the latest statistics data. In applying the relevant principles of economics on the general significance qualitative discussion, the author also tried using China's air transport enterprise production function model estimated results to canalize the linked nature between the supply and production output relations on elements of the air cargo and the freight logistics of measures. The implied meaning is deepened by the quantified arguments. In the third part on the basis of the above analysis, this paper discusses the mode of operation of aviation logistics system. Firstly, we describe in detail three mainstream modes of operation of aviation logistics system--traditional model, express mail mode, and integrated logistics models, then describe theory and practice conditions of the most advanced model of supply chain management, combining the above-mentioned actual conditions, we set up the air logistics model, which should be based on the logistics of the existing air transport enterprise. And make full use of results of practice at home and abroad and the findings of research, the author put forward the restructuring of China's air cargo business direction and the way. In Part IV we firstly explain the detailed description that the government administration system should (?)e established, which is helpful to China's development. Secondly, this paper make some policy recommendations to the government on formulating rules and regulations involved, nodes and information platform construction, as well as personnel training, etc.
