Research On Operation Performance Evaluation Of Freight-hub Logistics Park Based On Green Development

In the process of continuous social and economic development,commodity trade activities become more and more frequent,in this environment,the logistics industry has been rapid development.With the increasing emphasis on logistics efficiency,the development of logistics tends to be more and more resource intensive.Logistics park is a variety of logistics resources gathered together to achieve logistics activities from fragmented to integrated,professional development of the carrier.In the process of resource integration,the function of the logistics park is different due to different business needs,it is necessary to classify and manage the park in order to make the development of logistics park more sound.Aiming at the research status of logistics park,this paper focuses on the type of park in freight-hub logistics park.In terms of content,through the analysis of relevant concepts,this paper deeply explores the connotation of freight-hub logistics park,and clarifies the concept and functional characteristics of freight-hub logistics park.Based on the theoretical analysis of freight-hub logistics park,this paper focuses on the evaluation of the operation performance of freight-hub logistics park.Since the existing evaluation of the logistics park rarely classifies the park,the evaluation system constructed cannot fully reflect the operation status of the logistics park.Therefore,in the selection of evaluation indicators,in addition to the basic performance of the logistics park,this paper also considers the characteristics of freight-hub logistics parks which are different from other types of logistics parks,and also considers the operation mode of freight-hub logistics parks and the requirements of green development.The evaluation system of operation performance of freight-hub logistics park is constructed from three aspects: the basic performance of the logistics park,the hub effect of the freight-hub logistics park and the degree of social contribution of the park to the region.Finally,on the fundation of theoretical research,this paper discusses the effectiveness of the evaluation system based on actual cases.
