Study On Modes And Choices Of Modes In Enterprises' Technological Alliance

Along with the rapid development of economic globalization, market competition is becoming more and more intensively, meanwhile product life cycle reduces unceasingly. In order to adapt to this circumstance, obtain continuous competition in the market, enterprises have to enhance their ability on technology innovation constantly. However, keeping the high speed on technology innovation forces the enterprises to invest more money, take more risks and build more complicated knowledge structures. It is hard for a single enterprise to fulfill all these requirements. Therefore, with the continuous technology development, relying on the process (technology innovationâ†'technology transferâ†'technology diffusion) is no more adapting to the dynamic competition circumstance. As a cooperative organization which is effective on technology innovation, technology alliance has attracted the wide attentions from government, enterprise and academia.This essay based on the previous researches analyzes the internal factors, external factors and theoretics which have influences on the enterprise's decision on the construction of technology alliance, and summarizes the stimulations for enterprise to construct the technology alliance. Through the researches, this essay summarizes two key factors in the construction of technology alliance for enterprise: resource factor and benefit target component. According to these two factors different essences and incidence relation, this essay brings forward a mode for enterprise technology alliance based on indefinite factors. Furthermore, taking the indefinite factors for technology alliance construction as a benchmark, according to the four resource input factors'different status and combinations in the enterprise technology alliance mode, the enterprise technology alliance can be divided into simple input pattern, dual input pattern and multi-dimensional input pattern; And then there are analysis and explanations on these patterns'characteristics and applicability; finally, qualitative analysis on different technology alliance mode choice from enterprise's view will be presented, it helps enterprise to build the alternative scheme for technology alliance mode primarily. The last chapter is the core innovation chapter for this essay. It analyzes the factors which influences enterprise's choice on technology alliance mode from two aspects: external circumstance's requirements on technology alliance resource factors input, enterprise's own ability on advantage resource factor input. Meanwhile, evaluating indicator system is constructed. Analytic hierarchy method is used to select the enterprise technology alliance mode. In order to associate with the enterprise technology mode designed in the previous chapter, it takes the benefit target component as the base for constructing the evaluating indicator system, and help enterprise to evaluate the validity after mode selection. The final chapter chooses the Tianjin HYLT Science and Technology limited company which is located in Tianjin high technology industrial zone international center, as the sample to test the theory in practice. The research in this essay is not isolated. Through the construction of enterprise technology alliance, some key management questions like mode selection system, mode selection, pattern selection, performance evaluation in the technology alliance are linked up, and it contributes a lot to the successful construction of enterprise technology alliance, shows its validity.
