Because of a late start, there are many gaps in the hotels of our country, such as the business philosophy, management level and the quality of services. If we want to enhance the international competitiveness level, we must strengthen the hotel management professional education and training. As an underdeveloped country, we can use these technologies and the international capital of the country's traditional industries to adjust Our industrial structure only by the accumulation of human capital and a large number of high-caliber workers. Then the advanced technology can be adopted and absorbed. This paper makes a conclusion on the reasons of these phenomena and introduces the related human capital theory, then makes data analysis on human capital status of Jingchuan Hotel, using regression analysis method and also enumerates the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Jingchuan Hotel's investment in human capital. Based on analysis above, it proposes improvement measures of Jingchuan Hotel's investment in human capital, including internal and external policies.
