The 21th century in China, external environment more and more open and international market increasingly competitive. Faced with this challenge to the domestic hotel industry, in order to get the maximum benefits, must be to enhance the core competitiveness of the hotel, attention to human capital investment. In this paper, based on the ROI performance evaluation, united in the knowledge of hotels in human capital, then modeling performance evaluation of hotels'human capital investment based on ROI, and maked use of H Hotel as an empirical analysis of the object. Features for this article, this paper using statistical knowledge, the main advantage of regression analysis, the Eviews statistical software and a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.First of all, the paper analysed the background, significance, summary, contents and methods of the research, and introduced the theory of ROI, human capital investment theory and the composition of costs and benefits in hotels, in order to provide a background about theories and methods for latter research.Secondly, based on the performance evaluation of ROI, united in the knowledge of hotels, and established the model ROI Performance Evaluation in hotels. Then use of statistics in the regression analysis, divided the hotels'human capital and material resources, in the end modeling performance evaluation of hotels'human capital investment based on ROI.Thirdly, conduct an empirical analysis of the H Hotel. Analysising H Hotel's human capital investment used the model of performance evaluation of hotels'human capital investment based on ROI. We found five major problems: instability in human capital investment, understanding of human capital investment was wrong, no special system to prevent the brain drain, failure to deal with the relationship in human capital and material capital investment, human capital investment department form the hotel idea. Then according to the actual situation of the H Hotel put forward corresponding countermeasures: establishment of sustainable development human capital investment plan, reasonable choice of investment in human capital, variety of ways to stabilize the hotels'staff, human capital and material capital investment overall to promote, use of hotel concept to quide human capital investment.Finally, according to the previous analysis, summed up the deficiencies in the application model and in the future's development.
