With the development of economy, the most valuable resource of enterprise is the Human Resource. As the base of Business Management, the development and perfection of Human Resource Management will increase the competence of enterprise, so the study of HRM has been a discipline system. But as an aspect of HRM, the research of Recruitment Management has not gained enough recognition to make use of its importance for the HRM and enterprise.Now, there are some current problems on Recruitment Management, especially for the small companies. A lack of plan, not enough ability of the personnel, and the scantiness of scientific measure have had an important effect on the Recruitment Management. As well, it is urgent to constitute a system of estimation.In this paper, the basic summarization of Recruitment Management will show the concept, the effect, and the core the principle of Recruitment Management. There is still the analysis of the basic content on Recruitment Management. On the base of these and the Balanced Scorecard, the paper sets up an Evaluation System, and the weight of the index is decided by the Analytic Hierarchy Process. At last, the method is applied in evaluating an enterprise's Recruitment Management.
