Recruitment Management System Research Of New NCI Health Management Center

Recruitment management system is the work system that composed with the principles,methods,procedures and standards during the recruitment organization.It includes recruitment,recruitment system and process,the principle of human resource planning,job analysis and position setting,selection,employment,evaluation and the probation period management etc.The establishment of a scientific and rational recruitment management system can ensure the "efficiency" of recruitment work and can recruit the suitable talent in short time and save the costs.It also can reduce the risks of recruitment.Based on the analysis and summary on the related theory,this paper analyses Xi'an health management,recruitment management of internal and external factors.It uses NCI(Xi'an)management center as the research object,systematically expounded the new recruitment system to raise the health management center in the case.The results can be used for China local enterprises(especially in health management industry)as the new mechanism of how to establish the proper recruitment system.It is a good reference for the recruitment practice and makes up for the domestic human resources management to the new planning management system for recruitment agencies is not enough system and on the recruitment management system construction is not strong,lack of empirical.In this paper,the recruitment management system conforms to NCI(Xi'an)health management center.This system helps the agency to complete the preparatory work,and to spread and replication in NCI other 15 new financing mechanism.They all have achieved good results.
