| With the coming of knowledge economics periods, science and technology is developing rapidly. Under this background, knowledge and information for completing large EPC general contracting projects become more complicated, and relate to wider aspects. The general contractor in this thesis is responsible for E, P and C of the whole large project. In fact, there is no general contractor having the ability and aptitude to achieve these goals, so it subcontracts tasks including engineering, procurement and construction. General contractor and these subcontractors constitute a project management team. Interfaces between these enterprises and benefit conflict, obstruct the knowledge sharing. And much knowledge and information is wasted and dissipated. This thesis analyzes hiderance of knowledge sharing in project team from views of techique, organization, stimulus and constraint. On the basis of knowledge management and virtual enterprise theory, knowledge sharing mechanism is brought out. It contains constructing knowledge sharing plantform (Project information system), building team organization suitable for knowledge sharing, stimulus and constraint system avoiding adventure to make knowledge and information sharing deeply in the project team. As key inspiration factors for knowledge sharing, assignment of interest needs to quantity estimate knowledge sharing activity. It brings forward sharing performance estimating model as foundation for assignment of interest in project team, quatizing the contribution of enterprise in activity. To bring mechanism into effect, it consists of knowledge audit, building team, knowledge shring plan, and excution activity these processes. In addition, this thesis puts up the project knowledge and project team management knowledge repository and information system, making use of modern technology including computer, communication and network, considering practice and investigating information flow in project. |
