In the era of knowledge economy, the importance of knowledge management has been recognized by the enterprises. As the core element of knowledge management, knowledge sharing is paid more and more attention by enterprises in engineering project management.Knowledge sharing plays a vital role in applying strategic knowledge resources to the project team development in terms of its starting point of enterprise knowledge management and key links. The level of sharing knowledge of the project team is conducive to enhance not only project team innovation ability, but also the team's competitive advantage, which will realize the sustainable development of enterprises.According to the characteristics of temporariness, dynamic and instability, a company X to the project is exemplified to inspect knowledge sharing of project team often encountered in the problem, which will improve project team knowledge sharing efficiency and the overall level of management. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of knowledge sharing in X project team from four perspectives: sharing subject, object, process and carrier. Secondly,by the semi-structured interviews, some problems and influencing factors of project team knowledge sharing are found in the presence of the investigation analysis, such as unclear main body of knowledge sharing,team members' unwillingness to share knowledge, limited carrier function of knowledge sharing and weak culture of knowledge sharing among teams.Finally, the solution is based on the combination of the above problems and the characteristics of the project management team of A company. The related countermeasures from the organizational structure, incentive mechanism, culture and knowledge and sharing platform construction are also discussed in the conclusion.
