Research On Project Management Models Of Tianjin S&T Program

Rational S&T system and its project management models have significant impact on S&T and economy's developing of a country or region. Keeping progress in the 10th five-year plan and achieving purpose of 11th five-year plan, it is very important that Tianjin government have to build up effective S&T program system.The paper analyzes the model for S&T program of developed countries and national MOST's program, shows what management model for Tianjin S&T program is in recent, found the problems about program system, project setting, and management of project, subsidiary unit of TJS&TC in the project management, as well as achievement of significant project. It is suggested that system of the program and the management should improve S&T development, connect the different program in distinct field and section, and support the R&D project of enterprise, at the same time perfect the mechanism of supervision and management. Finally it could raise the quality of project achievement and management effect about project management of Tianjin S&T program.
