Study On Sustainable Competitive Advantage Of SME Cluster Based On Knowledge Flow

With the globalization of the world economy and the rapid development of digital knowledge of the most important corporate assets, people put the focus on the intellectual capital instead of tangible capital ,such as knowledge management become to be an important tool of build competitive advantage. And the flow of knowledge management enterprise knowledge management is the most important aspect of this. Only through knowledge flow quickly and effectively can realize use and innovation, and promot the new dynamic capabilities Construction, enables organizations to maintain sustainable competitive advantages.Small enterprises and medium enterprises(SME) plays a particularly important role in China's economic development. In the 1980s, some of our region have formed a number of unique enterprise clusters.The enterprise clusters mainly in the coastal areas of the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Bohai Bay as the center of the Central region. Practice shows that the large number of domestic and foreign enterprises clusters are strong driving force to promote the rest of the world economic growth. Practice shows that the cluster model is the effective growth path of small enterprises and medium enterprises, and this phenomenon has been paid more attention on by domestic and foreign experts and scholars. However, as the development of a relatively short time, many of the problems exposed on tbe development and growth of China's SME cluster for competitive advantage is very difficult to maintain long-term, there has been the phenomenon of rapid demise of SME cluster. How to promot the sustainable development capacity of small and medium enterprises cluster from the perspective of knowledge flow is the main content of this paper.In this paper, by studying the stage model of flow of knowledge to research the basic issues of sustainable development of SME cluster , on the basis of the research results of scholars, firstly analysis the influence factors of the sustainable competitive advantage of SME clusters and the organic relationship between knowledge flow and SME Cluster sustainable competitive advantage. Then constitute the dimensions of dynamic capacity of SME clusters , we believe that in the SME cluster, the cluster culture, static capacity, innovation capacity and resilience are the important dimensions of a dynamic cluster ability. In this paper, in the Chapter IV, according to the different characteristics of the different clusters , we the dynamic model amely the establishment of the SME cluster of between sustainable competitive advantage and knowledge flow. Revealed the knowledge flow sustainable competitive advantage is the fundamental driving force. At the end of the paper, from the perspective of knowledge management put forward the cultivation of sustainable competitive advantage strategy and the relevant recommendations on how to promote China's SME cluster to develop healthy in a long run.
