After taking part in the WTO, domestic auto market is turning fiercer with the opening of auto market of our country and foreign auto companies' coming into China market, which brings great challenge to domestic relevant field business. China Auto Companies should change the traditional way of development and focus on the basis of the development of the Core Competence of China Auto Companies if the companies want to survive and develop, which the position China Auto Companies is? How to evaluation, project and management of the Core Competence of China Auto Companies has been an important study task which will promote the development of Auto Companies in our country.This thesis mainly does research about the evaluation of China Auto Companies' Core Competence through Philological, Value Chain Analysis , qualitative analysis combing with quantitative analysis, fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation analysis and demonstration analysis. First, on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the research results from the domestic and international scholars, the author defines The Core Competence of China Auto Companies in terms of course, concluded the composition key element of constituting the Core Competence of China Auto Companies on the basis of analyzing the value chain of the Auto Companies, structured an evaluation indexes system from eight aspects of Core Competence, brand competition, designing capability, manufacturing capability, marketing capability, core technology capability, organization capability, human resource management and enterprise culture. And then gives evaluation criterion of the Core Competence indexes of China Auto Companies. After the index system of the Core Competence of China Auto Companies is set up, the author chooses the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the Core Competence of China Auto Companies. Last, the author chooses a fixed China Auto Company for demonstration research, and evaluates the indexes of the enterprise's Core Competence from quantity and quality. Then the author gives integrated evaluation and advances some advice and improving measures for the enterprise's Core Competence. This part proves the scientific nature and feasibility of the evaluation system of the Core Competence of China Auto Companies constructed by the author.On the basis of the domestic and international scholars, the author defines China Auto Companies Core Competence in terms of course, and the paper builds an evaluation indexes system on the basis of value chain analysis for the first time. The Paper Provides one kind of analysis tool for identification, evaluation, Project and management of the Core Competence of China Auto Companies, offers new ideas of management strategy of China Auto Companies.
