The Service Innovation And Realization Of Road Transportation Enterprises In China

The pressing problem which road transportation enterprises in China are facing is to improve their market competitiveness through technological innovation to achieve sustainable development. Based on the research about the process model of technological innovation in enterprises, the innovation conditions of the road transportation industry as well as the relationship between the development of modern logistics and transportation industry by the domestic and foreign scholars, the target localization and realization of technological innovation in road transportation enterprises are analyzed in perspective in this paper. Different from the general manufacturing enterprises, the main function of road transportation enterprises is to provide logistics services for the production and marketing."Service"is the ultimate"product"of road transportation enterprises, in this way, the content of technological innovation in road transportation enterprises mainly manifests for the"service innovation". Taking advanced"service innovation"as the core, the importance and the specific work of several links such as strategy innovation, transportation"product"(technological) innovation, marking (selling) innovation and management innovation in the service innovation of road transportation enterprises are elaborated in this paper. Based on the research above and the systematic theory, the synergetic relationship among the links in the technological innovation of road transportation enterprises is researched, and the conception about the integration of the technological innovation process in road transportation enterprises is proposed in this paper. This research will support the research on the independent innovation of road transportation industry in China, as well as other type of transportation enterprises.
