"In the future, the enterprise will be a knowledge organization which has all most professional. And the information will lead its organizational structure."The great in management, Mr. Durad pointed it out in his book, which is《New Era,New Organization》. The primary energy of this trend is not only the changing of population structure and the transforming of economic requirement, but also the fast developing of information technology which is the large impetus.Changes with each passing day of technology information bring huge variety for knowledge in range, form, scale, acquiring and transmitting. Instead of physical resource, knowledge will be the pivotal resource to determine the enterprise's fate. Thus, the focus of market competition must be transformed from physical resource, such as coin, product and so on to intellective resource, which is competition of person with ability. So the managing to person, especially to intelligentsia will be the key for enterprise's living and agelong developing.With the fast developing of social information and network technology, the method of human resource management is changing from traditional handwork into information management. The scientific, modern and standard human resource management will promote the exploitation and utilization of human resource.Therefore, in order to find a suitable e-human resource planning for our enterprise, this article lucubrates in the theory of human resource management and human resource management information around the topic of e-human resource management. And this article analyzes the history, the status and the developing trend of human resource management in our country from data. Finally, the author of this article points out: e-human resource management is the effective path to enterprise's agelong developing, and it is a useful tool to boost up enterprise's competition power.CERI Technology Company Limited is the research object of this article. This essay analyzes some circumstances of this enterprise, such as the industry background,the organization, the scale, member structure, the information and so forth. Additionally, according to compare much e-human resource management software and consider the enterprise's actual circs, this article describes a suitable e-human resource management planning, in order to help our company to put it in practice. This article not only tries its best to apply an effective e-human resource management planning for CERI Technology Company, but also wishes to provide some references for other similar enterprise's human resource management and its information.
