The Study On Farmers' Behavior And Influencing Factor Of Farmland Use

The food supply is the foundation of the human's existing and development, food—safety is the key which connects the nations and areas. Farmland use which supplies the food and is non-substituted production-material, guarantees the most direct demand of human's existing, multiply and development. The old saying "Everyone must eat everyday", "Farmland is the foods' mother" tell us farmland is very important to us. The farmers, as the organizers of the farmland use, are the least units in the country. The Gross Agriculture Production and its growth-speed lie on the farmers' behavior of farmland use. Therefore, the study on the behavior of farmland land and influencing-factors in the sight of farmers is significant.This article took Neijiang City Shizhong district as an example, investigated 131 farmers by the field survey, discussed the farmers' cognition and attitude to farmland use and its institution, analysed the farmers' behavior of decision-making, input, the choice of technology and breed, and the influencing-factors, then found out the main factors through the method of analyzing ingredient, and it put forward correlated suggestion to promote the sustainable development of farmland.The main conclusions are drawn as follows:(1) As the organizers of farmland, the farmers are the most basic rural micro-economic units; their behaviors are direct force to determine the total agriculture production and the growth rate. Therefore, farmers should be the principal part in the use of farmland, giving full consideration to their motivation, production conditions and development needs and enhance their active cultivation of planting farmland, which is of great significance for the achievement of sustainable use of arable land. (2) Through discussing the farmers' behavior of farmland use, the way which most farmers how to make the decision is self-determination. Restricted by the knowledge and education, farmers pursue to short-lived and economic benefit, use lots of pesticide and fertilizer. Because of the margin of residual labor force, farmers input lots of labor force on farmland. The way the farmers choose the breed is to imitate others mostly. A large number of farmers pay much attention to the more benefits and the experts' instruction when they use the technique.(3) There are many factors which influence the farmers' behavior of farmland production. By the method of multiple regression analysis, we find out the farmers' age, the number of family labor, land revenue, non-agricultural income and the number of small adjusted are the main factors which influence the farmers' behavior of farmland use.(4) Setting up the policy system as "peasant households as the main body, perfect generalized system of science and technology, adequate investment in the Government, agricultural policy-implementation" has a positive effect for raising farmers' enthusiasm of planting the farmland, increasing grain output, and is conducive to achieving sustainable use of farmland.
