On the base of deeply analysis of our country's rural methane development and the current situation, the article concludes some problems faced in the development of the rural methane in our country, such as the total investment is lower, construction running mechanism is backward, science and technology research is poor, skill standard is promoting to improve, and the peasant who has little money is difficult to build the methane pool.In the process of rural methane reform in Jiaxiang, the peasants there adopt many constructed working models according to the own situation. But there are still so many problems in this process: sense understanding has distance; the organization coordination is not enough; having no scientific and reasonable developing plan; the fund is limited; the project management level is low; after-service is lack; the source is restricted; and the economic effectiveness enhance slowly. And there is a series of countermeasures to solve those problems: persisted the scientific development realization, making propagandas to enhance the peasants' ideas; market, government and the peasants working together, collecting enough funds; strengthen management, planned scientifically to increase the construction cooperating ability; enhance the working supervision to ensure the quality of the program; perfecting the service system to establish a long-time program construction mechanism; drawing up preferential policy, strengthening the guide service, and promoting the secondary introduction developing quickly; and creating new ideas, realizing industrialization development.
