The Study On The Structure Of Employees' Organizational Socialization Obstacles

Organizational socialization is generally defined as a process which an individual continually adjust his role in the organization,affect the organization mutually,adapt to the organization's value system,achieve the organization's expectation and become an insider of the organization completely,finally immerge in the organization totally.Organizational socialization obstacles are some factors that will affect this process negatively.Through the interview and the questionnaire investigation of nearly 500 employees from 10 enterprise in Guangdong province,the organizational socialization obstacles of employees has been studied.A few of multiple statistics such as factor analysis,variance analysis and correlations analysis are applied in the data analysis.The research conclusions are drawn as follows.1.The structure of organizational is consisted of four factors—organization system,role ambiguity,team conflict,performance proficiency.2.The employees' organizational socialization obstacle factors are connected to their performance,resignation intention,team work efficiency,organization stability and individual innovation.3.Significant differences of organizational socialization obstacle are found by comparing the employees of different age,different education level,different working time,different ownership of the enterprises,different scale of the enterprises and different industry of the enterprises.However,there are no significant differences in the employees' organizational socialization obstacle of different gender and enterprise' history.Current limitations and future research orientation were also discussed at the end of the dissertation.
