Research On Adjustment Of China Industrial Structure Based On New Industrial Structure

Over the past 30 years, China's economic development has attracted worldwide attention. However, for a long time, because of the extensive follow-mode of economic growth, economic structure (core is the industrial structure) accumulation of deep-seated contradictions has become the major obstacle of rapid and healthy development. Therefore, through the implementation of the strategic readjustment of the industrial structure, it has become the core of China's economy which can improve competitiveness, promote new-style industrialization and achieving sustainable development. Therefore, this study bearing on the overall situation is not only urgent, but also of great theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, this paper summarized the domestic and foreign scholars' studies on the readjustment of industrial structure, and summarized the sequence of four readjustment of the industrial structure from China since reform and opening up, and analyzed the current research on the adjustment of the industrial structure. Secondly, based on previous studies and a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the industrial structure, "a new industrial structure" and its connotations are built. Shortly afterward, the article used this new evaluation system of the industrial structure to analyze the new level of China three industries, and on the eastern, central and western areas of China's new industrial situation was analyzed. Next, from the natural and geographical conditions, and factors of production resources, policies, institutional, ideological and cultural aspects this paper analyzed China's new industrial causes, and the constraints in eastern, central and western China to construct a new regional structure. Finally, the article on the basis of the former industrial status, causes, constraints analysis, with the connotation of a new industrial structure, made in the current period and beyond to China's industrial structural adjustment in the new requirements, and east China respectively on how to adjust the central and western regions the industrial structure to create a new industrial structure made a number of recommendations.
